Once you have reserved your chosen dates with us, we will then provisionally
hold the booking for you until we have received your completed booking
deposit (or full amount if applicable), when we will confirm your booking
in writing. The deposit and booking form should be sent within
3 days of the provisional booking. Please see our Terms
of Booking before making a booking.
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable at the time of booking,
and the balance is due one calendar month before your arrival date.
If booking within a month of arrival, the full amount is payable on
booking, and should be sent within 3 days. We accept payment by
cheque or bank transfer only.
Cancellation - We will refund your deposit
in full if you have to cancel your booking up to one calendar month
before your arrival date. If you have to cancel within a month of your
arrival date, the following charges are payable by you if we are unable
to re-let the holiday:
4 - 3 weeks before arrival - 50% of holiday cost
2 weeks before arrival - 75% of holiday cost
1 week or less before arrival - 100% of holiday cost
We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance against cancellation
and unforeseen circumstances/liability.
