“A beautifully renovated barn conversion that is a perfect place to come to get away from it all whilst enjoying all the peace and tranquilly the valley has to offer. The barn is spacious yet very cosy, comfortable and well equipped and there are some great walks to be had straight on the doorstep. Jo was a great host - very quick to respond and helpful without be intrusive, so you can just get on and enjoy your stay.”
Very large open plan kitchen/dining room/ sitting room - a great room for entertaining... The fully fitted kitchen has integrated appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer), microwave, and has Double French doors opening onto deck with steps down to rear garden overlooking a stream.
The sitting area also has a French door onto the front garden, cosy wood-burning stove, FreeSat TV, DVD player (bring your own DVDs), 2 comfy sofas (one can be used as a small double bed at an extra charge - please advise when booking if this option is required), door through to back hall leading to bedrooms.
Two King-size bedrooms (one room can be made up as a twin, please advise when booking) both with lovely French doors opening onto front garden, bathroom with full-size bath with shower over bath, WC and basin. There is also a cupboard for extra storage, suitcases etc.
When booked together the two cottages can sleep up to 10 people. We can then provide a large dining table in The Barn so that your party can all eat together. Just let us know if you would like us to provide this at the time of booking.
